Ohio State Buckeyes Recruit Ryan Watts

Ryan Watts is the latest high school recruit to take the college world by storm. Watts played for Little Elm (Texas) High School, and he originally committed to Oklahoma. However, much to the delight of Ohio State, he de-committed from his original school and committed to them. Why did that happen? There are many reasons why this highly touted star high school player decided to become an Ohio State Buckeye!

This is pretty self-explanatory, considering that Ryan Watts de-committed from Oklahoma two weeks after visiting the Ohio State campus. Even though they knew he had already made a verbal commitment to Oklahoma, recruiters Jeff Hafley and coach Tony Alford pursued Watts relentlessly, selling him not just on how great the Buckeyes campus would be for him but on how much better it would be for his family. He finally committed to the Buckeyes after considering his other offers.
